In her previous roles, Morgan excelled as an e-learning developer for a leading financial institution and as a technology designer, where her creativity and technical skills delivered impactful outcomes.

Since November 2022, Morgan has served as a Consultant with SparkNC, playing a pivotal role in developing our learning platform partnership with Area9. Now, as our Director of Technology, she will continue driving this vital work forward.Beyond her professional achievements, Morgan is a dedicated advocate for community growth, generously volunteering her skills with various organizations to make a positive impact.
