Kelly Martin is the Administrative Manager at SparkNC, ensuring seamless operations across fiscal management, HR systems, procurement, inventory, and event planning. She also provides executive support to the President and Vice President. With over a decade of experience optimizing business processes and driving operational efficiency, Kelly has a proven track record of streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.

Before joining SparkNC, Kelly served as Executive Assistant to Attorney General (now Governor) Josh Stein. Prior to that, she held key administrative roles in the Wake County Public School System, supporting multiple Superintendents, Chiefs of Staff, and the Assistant Superintendent for Data, Research, and Accountability.
